Elite Hotels

2025–

The Bellboy began as a symbol. I helped bring him to life. Through campaign concepts and visual storytelling, I shaped how he moves, reacts and exists within Elite’s world.

He became more than a figure in the frame – he became a presence. A personality. A recurring character audiences could connect with. By building stories around him, we gave the brand a distinctive tone and a visual thread that runs across campaigns and moments.

One of the key challenges was unifying Elite’s many offerings and target segments under a cohesive brand expression. The Bellboy became a crucial solution – a character that could naturally move across contexts, connecting performance-driven campaigns with more brand-building moments.

In a category where many brands look and feel the same, the Bellboy was designed as an ownable brand asset – something impossible to replicate. More than just a character, he functions as a cross-functional element, integrated across advertising, storytelling, and other brand touchpoints.

The implementation was complex, but became a turning point. It helped establish a clearer direction for how Elite builds its brand – not just through campaigns, but through recognizable, consistent elements over time.

The impact was immediate. Within the first month, brand engagement increased significantly, with campaigns delivering a ROAS of over 2000%.

What started as an idea evolved into something alive – playful, elegant, and unmistakably Elite. Today, the Bellboy is an established and strategic part of the brand platform, continuing to evolve across touchpoints.
